When I want to start my day with a workout, to be honest, it is so difficult for me to start it. There are always plenty of questions that pop up into my mind. It’s like what day I want to start my workout, should I do it in the morning or the afternoon, what would I eat for the meal, especially when I have a lot of schedule throughout the day. That makes it harder to start and maintain my workout schedule for me.

But after one year I started my workout, I feel my body was a lot stronger than I have been before. Not only my body, workout also influenced my mind and got more positive. I feel so much better than before. And through the long journey, I have been figuring out how I keep my mindset to keep working out and constantly doing it without missing a day.

KNOW YOUR GOALS FIRST

I know it’s cliche, classic and so basic, but please, try to make yourself get used to setting goals, in everything that you do. Because goals are like a foundation to your whole plans. Without a goal, you don’t have your standard and purpose on your plans. So first, set the goals.

While working out, people usually set a goal to lose weight, gain weight, tone muscle or just get healthier. All the goals are fine and you can choose whatever is your need. After you set your goals, keep those goals close to your mind. Hold it tightly like it’s a best friend you never want to lose in your life. And transform that become your motivation until you get the expectation that you dreamed of.

OPEN YOUR PHONE AND PLAY THE PLAYLIST

When I workout, music is a must. Music helps me to get hype up and energize my stamina even more and make me enjoy my workout. When I feel enjoy and fun, the workout will feel fleeting. So turn on your favorite workout music and feel your heartbeat more enjoyable and fun when you workout.

CHOOSE THE PERFECT WORKOUT TO YOUR BODY

Choosing what the best workout for our body is must be hard when it is your first time. It happened for most of the people, including me, but after doing a lot of research on youtube, blog and read hundreds of workout stories from a lot of influencers, the 2 kinds of workout you must do is cardio and abs workout. Yes, those 2 things should be in your planning, because these 2 are very helpful to shape and maintain your body.

For a beginner, do the easy workout first and level up the workout slowly, maybe after 1–2 weeks. If you do the hard workout from the beginning, your body will get exhausted easily because it’s not ready. So you better do it slowly and level up time by time slowly, enjoy the process and you will get there.

I suggest you to start with Chloe Thingz workout program. Her workout is incredible and the result is real. Easy to follow and the program is very organized.

WEAR A PRETTY WORKOUT CLOTHES

When i was workout, I always remind myself to wear my favorite workout clothes and not just regular ugly T-shirt I usually wear at home, Why? Because when I see myself in a good fit and I feel so damn pretty when I look at the mirror, somehow it boost my confidence. Feeling confidence in myself makes me feel so ready and motivate to do anything, even the hard one. So that’s why I love to wear a good fit when I workout to boost my confidences and keep my workout schedule on track.

SET YOUR MINDSET KEEP POSITIVE

Positive mind will have a positive outcome. Yes, it’s true. When you have a positive mind, relax and be able to control your stress, it will help your health and your metabolism system. Don’t push yourself too hard. Keep motivating yourself to go forward is good thing to do, but if you push yourself too beyond your limit and your body is not ready, it will hurt your body. Please take rest if it’s needed and go back to your workout routine when you are ready and keep motivate yourself because your effort will never betray the result. Fighting!
